The Forster-Tuncurry Dolphins

As we are a” player run” club everyone is expected to help out on game day. From running the water for other grades to running the bbq and helping set up & cleaning up.

Pre match:

Ø We are all expected to demonstrate support to our sponsors, so it is compulsory to wear our 2010 FTRUFC shirt before and after games.

Post match:

Ø After match speeches for home games are held in our club house with major functions at our Sponsor's ‘Sporties Club Tuncurry. The support of our sponsor is vital so everyone is asked to attend when possible. Speeches to start at 6pm so a half an hour time commitment is greatly appreciated. Food and awards are presented during this time.

Ø We expect the opposition to attend our speeches so we should demonstrate our ‘Rugby spirit’ and support their after match speeches with our away fixtures.

The Forster Tuncurry Rugby Union Club "The Dolphins" is a family orientated rugby union club, located in the famous Forster Tuncurry area of the Mid North Coast of NSW.

Forster Tuncurry is famous for its Dolphins and that is why the Forster Tuncurry Rugby Club has selected the dolphins as its logo.

Forster Tuncurry Rugby Club is all about having a good time in a relaxed family atmosphere, while also being competitive on the field. We see ourselves as not only ambassadors for rugby union in the area but also as ambassadors for the area when we travel.

Forster Tuncurry Rugby Club is building a reputation as a family orientated club where players, supporters and entire families can enjoy themselves and join in the camaraderie of Rugby. The club is building an exciting social calendar with events that include Meet the Sponsors Night, International Sporting Luncheon, Ladies Night, Mayoral Charity Ball, Presentation Night and the end of year club family Christmas Party.
